Delivery and
Returns

Delivery of Goods:

The estimated date and time window for delivery of the goods will be advised when your order is confirmed. Our standard delivery time for all our furniture products are between 3 – 5 weeks from receipt of your order. If something happens which affects the agreed date of delivery, we will contact you to agree a revised date for delivery of the goods.

Delivery of the goods will take place when we deliver them to the address provided by you when the order was placed. You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place. The risk in the goods passes to you when you take possession of the goods.

Returns:

Amending or Cancelling your order:

Due to the fact that all our furniture products are custom made and manufactured to your unique specification and design, you cannot change your order after you sign off. You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing the order for a full refund. If you cancel your order after 48 hours, after which your product has gone into manufacturing then, you will still be charged the full price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can amend your delivery details, and this can be done by contacting us as soon after you placed the order as possible. We will do our best to change this.

Unsatisfied with your Order:

If the product you were looking for differs from the product that arrives and does not suit your sense of style, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Each product is designed and made to order individually for you  we cannot accept any returns for unwanted products.

Wrong or Damaged Item Delivered:

We always strive for perfection and each product goes through extensive quality checks before despatch but if the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect please let us know within 7 days of your receipt of the goods.

It helps if you can send us images of the damaged or incorrect items so that we can investigate in detail. Our team will assess your complaint and give you instructions on how to return the item or arrange a collection. We will either issue a full refund, arrange a repair or a replacement item. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Cost of Returns:

If you need to return an item to us because it is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item, you will not be charged for the returns/ collection cost.
